    cup orange juice
  • 3/4
    3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2
    cup soy sauce
  • 1/2
    cup Sontava Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 1
    tbsp. chili powder
  • 1
    tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1
    tsp. dried oregano
  • 1
    tsp. black pepper
  • 1
    bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1/2
    cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2
    lbs. flank steak or skirt steak
  • Flour tortillas, heated

Directions

  • 1Combine orange, lemon and lime juice in large bowl with the garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, black peppers and cilantro. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until marinade is well-combined. Reserve 1 cup of marinade.
  • 2Pour remaining marinade over steak in plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • 3Grill steak over medium-high heat, turning once. Let rest 5 minutes.
  • 4Slice steak and serve with reserved sauce and warm tortillas.
