    cup vegetable oil
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2
    1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2
    lbs. Tilapia fish fillets
  • Lime juice
  • 2
    Avocados, sliced
  • Sontava Mango Habanero Hot sauce to top
  • Flour tortillas, heated


  • 1Combine chili powder, salt, and garlic powder in shallow container. Pat fish dry and lightly coat.
  • 2Heat oil in large skillet over medium-heat until oil is hot. Add fish to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until both sides are golden-brown and fish flakes apart easily.
  • 3Serve fish with tortillas, avocados, cilantro lime juice and hot sauce to top off.
